Key responsibilities:
- Training:
- Assist in preparing and conducting departmental training and assess accordingly.
- Check attendance list.
- Follow evaluation process for training outcomes and performance improvement, execute instructed assignments.
- Coordinate with external as well as internal training agencies to arrange delivery of specific training to develop programs.
- Book training logistics and room for pre-defined courses.
- Translate material to serve AEON website Learning & Development section.

- Support analysis and statistics activities: inputting data, doing analysis and statistics about recruitment status.
- Support paperwork & follow document procedure.
- Performance Management:
- Support HR Performance Management Team in HR Projects.
- Translate English documents into Vietnamese and vice versa (if needed).
- C&B:
- Support in: hiring data, inputting & checking data; checking staff attendance and updating the database of staff
Requirements:
- Last - year student of the majors: Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Media/ Communication or related majors.
- Can use Design Tools: Offline (Photoshop/Ai/Corel/... or Online (Canva/Piktochart/...)
- English fluency (Japanese language is a plus) & good computer skills.
- Have a strong desire to work in Human Resources.
- Soft skills: Communication, teamwork, presentation, decision making, problem - solving,...
- Be creative, dynamic, hard - working & responsible.
- Be keen on detail, careful and willing to learn.
Duration: 3 months

2. E - commerce Internship

Key responsibilities:
- Search and looking for shooting agency, getting quotations
- Crop product photos as right size to fix into web format
- Search more product how to use information and functions.
- Upload & update products information into EC site in term of selling price, quantity, color.
- Collect registration on E-commerce site and sending thanks you letter.
- Assist cameramen by renting products from store and returning them back to store after finish shooting daily.
- Search and update E-commerce news daily
- Arrange & set up meeting with agencies.
- Submit forms to departments.
Requirements:
- Student from College/University
- Good at Computer typing skill (Fast speed of typing)
- Know how to use Photoshop is preferable
- Data entry for all on order inventory
- Assisting visual merchandisers in planning store layouts
- Other paper word in Hardline Dept
Requirements:
- Intermediate computer skill in Excel/Power Point/ Mail
- Ability to work in details, careful & organization
