Expert unveils ‘Career toolkit’ in 4.0 Industrial Revolution for UEFers

​In the 4.0 Industrial Revolution, professionalism is in fact not enough. Language use, IT, creativity, critical thinking and collaboration are as well needed. To acknowledge UEFers about what 4.0 Industrial Revolution really is and what to prepare for your workforce integration, UEF Institute of International Education held the workshop ’Necessary skills for Industry 4.0’. UEFers warmly welcomed Salesforce Sales Manager Tang Ngoc Thoai Anh as the presenter of the event.

To open the workshop, UEF Vice President Dr. Do Huu Nguyen Loc mentioned a brief history of the Revolutions and stated that ”The 4.0 Industrial Revolution has been changing the world considerably in all aspects, especially Economics. To be successful, one should includes in their toolkit as many soft skills as possible.”

The workshop then came to its core discussion with the presentation from Ms. Tang Ngoc Thoai Anh. Salesforce Sales Manager provided more detailed information of the current Revolution and how it has been affecting the enterprises. UEFers also learned to make up their mind and prepare skills for best workforce integration.

The presenter emphasized the equality of success potential amongst us all. The ones with good professionalism, career skills, languages and above all, ability to enrich values to the society, will attain successfulness.
