How to survive in working office

In order to help the faculty members and non-teaching staff to work more efficient in offices, the Center of Enterprise Relations, Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics and Finance (UEF), coordinating with Pandora Training Academy, has hold the workshop “How to survive in working office”, leaded by Prof. Daniel Carroll.

At the beginning, Prof. Daniel Carroll directed and helped the participants to realize the role of personal in group and the importance of group working in office with the interesting game “Survival on the Moon”.

In the workshop, Prof. Daniel has presented an overview on working office and working office in international academy. It is a combination of many factors, including “People – Place – Process – Politics”, among which people is one of the most important and influential factor.


The professor from Pandora also shared that working environment in any fields has its own disadvantages, especially in building the corporation among individuals. Every person has the sense of self; it is essential that they should balance between themselves and the community to make the working environment consistent to get the highest efficiency.



It can be said that working environment server an important role in the foundation and development of any organization; stimulating environment is necessary for individual to work with their best, so it is vital to create a modern, civilized working environment. In addition, individuals should be flexible to adapt to the environment and.
