UEF Law Students have an interesting studying week with Prof. Robert E. Shapiro

On the morning of December 27, the seminar on "Other U.S Law" already ended the classes of Prof. Robert E. Shapiro at UEF. The class took place in an atmosphere of positive exchange among students and unexpected happiness of Professor with the affection that UEF students had for him.


Prof. Robert E. Shapiro introduced a wealth of knowledge about US law to students
During the session, Professor introduced a lot of knowledge about laws in the United States. In particular, the lawyer who had won a case for Louis Vuitton shared about criminal law, the law on opening a business company, the basic rights of citizens, competition issues ... Together with the information introduction, Prof. Robert E. Shapiro also gave many illustrative examples to help students better understand the issues raised. In particular, in his lecture, Prof. Robert E. Shapiro also introduced the famous lawsuit that he himself was involved in. This is also the final lesson for UEF students with Prof. Robert E. Shapiro in Visiting Program. After a week of studying, participating in many activities associated with this enthusiastic professor, the students had many memorable experiences.

Prof. Robert E. Shapiro was moved with the special gift from UEF students. It was the clip that the students themselves recorded the entire time that Prof. Robert E. Shapiro was giving lectures, participating in volunteer activities, and exploring Vietnamese culture. The warm moments of professor and students, the sincere thanks from the students brought a lot of emotions for the last session.

UEF students gave much love to the teacher from "the other half of the world".
At the end of class, MSl. Vu Anh Sao - Deputy Dean of Faculty of Law and International Relations also sent his sincere thanks to Prof. Robert E. Shapiro who had conducted the knowledge sharing sessions with UEF students. As a result, students had many new experiences and improved their foreign language skills. UEF hopes Prof. Robert E. Shapiro will soon have the opportunity to return to work and teach at the university in the future.
