Job title: Customer Service Executive
Work location: 4th level, 26 Hoang Ke Viem, Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City.
Job summary                         
We are looking for a highly motivated customer service champions in our Ho Chi Minh office. You will support the team with creating a sustainable CRM strategy while acting as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
Essential Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Supporting team to increase the effectiveness of the CRM strategy
  • Answer calls professionally to provide information about the company, products and services or obtain details of complaints.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions, are taken. Process orders, forms and applications.
  • Handle customer’s complaints, provide appropriate solution and follow up with the customers.
  • Generate sales leads.
  • Daily report call centre activities.
  • Go the extra mile to engage customers after sale.
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with Zendesk or Freshdesk is a big plus.
  • Strong Commercial Awareness.
  • Strong Customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients over the phone.
  • High levels of motivation, working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Advanced level of written and spoken English (Having English certification is a plus).
  • Previous experience in similar roles is a plus but not required. Training will be provided.
  • Discipline, honest, critical and high initiative.
