Requirement:
- Good written and verbal communication skills in ENGLISH
- Good knowledge of commercial law, company law, investment law, real estate law.
- Corporate experience involving cross border transactions
- Highly Prefer candidate with Working experience for Legal Associate / legal compliance: consulting foreign investor/ client in investment and legal procedure of related business activities in Vietnam + experience working with at least one License-authority in Vietnam.
Job description:
- Consulting client about legal procedure in Vietnam: Company registration, investment application, business license application, cross-border transaction.
- Drafting legal application for all registrations procedure
- Working directly with License-authority/ officer in Vietnam to proceed with the application.
