UEF pays a New Year visit to the Consulate Generals of Cambodia and Laos in HCMC

OCTOBER 1 - UEF’s representatives visited and sent new year greetings to the Consulate Generals of Cambodia and Laos in Ho Chi Minh City. In this occasion, the two parties reviewed working programs of the previous year and reinforced partnerships.
The visit featured Dr. Do Huu Nguyen Loc, Vice President & Director, Ms. Huynh Tu Anh - Deputy Director, and the faculty members from the UEF International Institute
On behalf of the Consulate General of Cambodia in Ho Chi Minh City, there were Mr. Sok Dareth - Consul General and Mr. Kith Sothearith - Consul.
Mr. Vanxay Keovilay - Deputy Consul General and Mr. Lonphanh Phaodavanh - Consul of Education, Culture and Sport represented the Consulate General of Laos in HCM City



A new year visit to the Consulate General of Cambodia in HCM City

During the visit to the Consulate General of Cambodia, UEF’s representatives greeted and wished the staff a healthy and successful new year.
Additionally, UEF proposed that the Consulate General of Cambodia establishes a connection and fosters the development of mobility programs between UEF and Cambodia universities, and academic institutions in the upcoming years.
At the Consulate General of Laos, along with spreading greetings and wishes, UEF’s representatives also thanked the staff for active supports in student care services for Laotians studying at UEF.


A new year visit to the Consulate General of Laos in HCM City

During the visit, UEF’s representatives congratulated Mr. Vanxay Keovilay for his new tenure in Vietnam. The university further requested that Consulate General of Laos maintains their effective supporting in UEF-hosted activities and connect with more Laos academic and higher institutions.
In this new year, it is expected that the partnerships between UEF and the two Consulate Generals might be enhanced to bring forward more high-quality international academic programs for students.
