Expanding cooperation network from the meeting with the Indian Consulate General in Ho Chi Minh City

This morning (September 18), Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics and Finance (UEF) had a meeting with Dr. Madan Mohan Sethi - Consul General of India in Ho Chi Minh City. This is an opportunity to expand the network of international cooperation and affirm the quality and diverse education environment of UEF.
In addition to sustainable cooperation with universities in the UK, France, Australia, the United States, Finland, Korea, Japan, Thailand, ... in the near future, UEF continues to expand its cooperative relationship. Bilateral cooperation with Indian universities, diversifying learning environment for students, especially those wishing to transfer abroad. Welcoming and working with the Indian Consulate General is a bridge to reach many opportunities for international program development in the future.

Dr. Nguyen Thanh Giang – UEF Pressident, Dr. Loc Do – UEF Vice Pressident and Director of International Institute, Mr. Huynh Quoc Phong - Vice Chief of the Univeristy Office, Dr. Tran Thanh Huyen - Dean of Faculty of International Relations represented the university to welcome Mr. Madan Mohan Sethi. At the meeting, Dr. Loc Do introduced an overview of UEF, its training programs, international accademic environment, scholarship policies and reviewed Indian universities that UEF has cooperated with. These are all necessary information to help the representative of the Indian Consulate in Ho Chi Minh City have an overview of the development potential of the institution.

Dr. Madan Mohan Sethi highly appreciated UEF's internal strength and training orientation, and expressed his desire to cooperate with the University, creating favorable conditions for UEF faculties and students to visit, research and experience education program in India through lecturers and students exchange periods. In addition, he also proposed the University to hold online seminars in November to create opportunities for communication and exchange between UEF students and Indian lecturers.
