UEF x Hanyang University: Internship and Study abroad for UEFers in Korea

March 18 - UEF Faculty of Languages and International Cultures had a meeting with Hanyang University - Korea in order to expand international internships and mobility programs for students of Korean Language.
From UEF, there were Ms. Pham Thi Thuy Linh – Deputy Dean, Faculty of Languages and International Cultures, Ms. Huynh Tu Anh – Deputy Director, UEF International Institute, Ms. Pham Phuong Thao – Faculty member, Korean Language and Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Hieu – Assistant, Korean Language.
From Hanyang University, there were Ms. Kim Hyunju – Head, Department of International Relations and Ms. Lim Jieun – Staff, Department of International Relations.

The Faculty is actively pursuing partnerships with Korean enterprises and universities to provide students of Korean Language with opportunities for international internships and mobility programs.
At the meeting, Hanyang's representative mentioned that Vietnamese students have good English skills and demonstrate tremendous flexibility and devotion in all tasks. Therefore, Hanyang would like to provide chances for studying abroad as well as the necessary assistance for students during their time in Korea.

Numerous cooperation programs were discussed such as students’ visit to Hanyang University - Korea to learn about the life, environment and prepare for their study ahead; the 2-week academic course, the 3-week tour of the facilities; the 4-week summer camp. Moreover, there are numerous English-medium programs for students of different majors to consider as part of Hanyang’s mobility programs.
The meeting symbolizes a development in UEF and Hanyang University’s long-term relationship as well as providing multiple good qualities for students via future programs in agreement.
