Workshop: Happiness Hormone

In order to partially answer the above questions in a scientific way, and at the same time spread the message that a positive and happy life can come from within each person, Purple Ribbon compiled a handbook of Happiness Hormone and cooperated with UEF Service-Learning Center to hold a Happy Hormone talk.
The program was specially designed specifically for UEF students with interactive and happy practice, and the content was directed to common problems and concerns of young people.

About the Hormone Handbook
The Happy Hormone Handbook was compiled by experts of Purple Ribbon and translated into English with the help of Youtuber Hana's Lexis. The book has 3 sections: Happiness hormone, Stress Hormone and several ways to help manage stress.

About the Purple Ribbon Organization
Purple Ribbon was officially established by Nguyen Cao Luan and Truong Thi My Dung on December 12th, 2015 with the mission of serving the community with correct information and knowledge in the field of cancer prevention and treatment. At the same time, the ultimate goal of the organization is to help raise awareness about the selective and sober reading and application of health-related information, especially cancer.

Currently, the team consists of 3 departments (Science, Medicine, Communication) with PhDs, doctors, scientists and young media experts who are studying and working at home and abroad with the desire to serve the community with their knowledge and expertise.
