In each product, they always show their own creativity and respect for the specifics of the organizational culture.” Besides, Mr. Giang reminded them of paying more attention to the contact time to facilitate the working conditions of the parties.

Mr. Nguyen Quoc Giang commented on the activities of the students

With CED, through many collaborations with UEF students, the image of dynamic and professional young people has become an imprint. Ms. Bui Thi Ngoc said: "She was surprised by the professional competence of the students because although they did not have much experience in social activities, they worked very hard to learn. The professional words used in articles were properly explained and easy to understand. These help the organization better reach out to young people.” Ms. Ngoc suggested that groups should have a more even distribution of capacities, creating a better support to progress together.

Representative of the Trust organization, Ms. Nguyen Thi Phuong Dung also shared many positive feelings about this bonding activity. As a small-scale organization and facing many difficulties in human resources, but with the companionship from students, Trust has more resources to spread information about activities and focus more on specialized activities. Accompanying the students is a process where the parties learn from each other, organize the reception of students' expertise, and also create opportunities and mentors for them to better practice in terms of words and specialized terms.
