ENJOY HAPPINESS INTERNATIONAL MARCH 20 WITH TALKSHOW “A HAPPIER UEFER”

On the morning of March 18, 2023, to close the week completely, Community Connection Center (TT.KNCD) held a talkshow "BE A HAPPIER UEFER" in a warm, happy and excited atmosphere of the participants. student friend.


Accompanying the program was the presence of Ms. Nguyen Phuong Anh - Founder of Happier Me & Chum; Ms. Dang Thuy Thao Vy - 22 years old, Sales Director at FWD Vietnam and Ms. Tran Thi My Phuong - Deputy Director of UEF Community Connection Center.

In life, every day we always face many pressures, each stage is different pressure. At the moment, students are under pressure about study, love, family and the comparison of "other people's children". But as an adult, the pressures reappear with many other names.

Thao Vy shared: “Pressure is a natural thing in life, life is sometimes black or white, not always perfect. There are times when you feel lost, but the important thing is to identify your goals. Sometimes the choices you make will surprise the people around you, doing things that make you happy is easier for you.”

Through the "stress mechanism diagram" helps to identify common health problems.
Phuong Anh shared: “There are many ways to overcome pressure, the key lies in practice, concentration and perseverance.”


At the talkshow "A HAPPIER UEFER", speaker Phuong Anh also brought to the students a set of notebooks "Becoming a better version of yourself - A Happier Me" creating emotional energy through reading books or transform thoughts through writing, images or drawings.








Through the talkshow, the students have partly removed the knot for themselves. Hopefully, the knowledge that the program brings will help students have the right view of "motivation - from pressure".
