Talk show "Nurturing positive emotions"

The UEF Center of Service-Learning and Service-Learning leadership network UEF coordinated to organize a talk show called "Nurturing positive emotions". The talk show was organized to help UEF students learn how to listen and understand their own emotions. Because sometimes in a chaotic life, stressful learning will make many of them forget their feelings.

The talk show will help the students understand "Why do we need to nurture positive emotions? How will negative thoughts affect the brain?", especially  their importance.

The sharing session is also an opportunity for UEF students to experience releasing negative emotions with the guidance of psychological consultants, and learn about methods to help nourish emotions—is gratitude and kindness. After grasping the theory, they can also practice one of the aforementioned methods to get used to bringing the most positive things into your brain.

The talk show “Nurturing positive emotions” is the second event after “CSR - A career selection”, as part of the series “Action for the community” organized by the UEF Service-Learning Leader Network. 

The talk show is honored to welcome speaker  Nguyen Thi Ngoc Giau, Lecturer of Psychology, Faculty of Social Sciences, Hoa Sen University (HSU. Ms Ngoc Giau is also a psychological consultant at the Center for Psychological Research and Counseling, HSU. Training for high school teachers on emotional education (Social and Emotional Learning), she is the head of the "Inside Me" project, which is about helping students discover and develop themselves through group training.
