As a familiar member of the Trade Union, assemblies, and in many school activities, this girl always appears with the spirits of a pioneer in order to lead and spread beautiful values to the community.
The person who is mentioned here is Nguyen Dang Tu Uyen - a fourth-year student in the major of Human Resource Management, HCMC University of Economics and Finance (UEF).
Tu Uyen’s beautiful and dynamic appearance impresses everyone.

With her petite appearance, no one may think that this girl would have such endless energy. Not only possessing good scores in academic study and maintaining a scholarship of 100% tuition fee throughout 4 years, Tu Uyen also stands out for her voluntary activities in and outside the school.

Among many activities which Tu Uyen had participated in, the most prominent are the projects which she accompanied with the Service-Learning Center of UEF.
She is one of the first members who have been with the center since its inception. Besides that, she is also an elite member of the Service-Learning Leadership Network. That is why Uyen could gain lots of experience in project implementation, leadership skills, as well as a sense of responsibility, sharing, etc.

With her pioneering role, Tu Uyen and her companions had created some breakthroughs for the Service-Learning project, which was named as "The Adventures of Little Heroes" for children at Binh Trieu Development Center. This is also the project that Tu Uyen is most interested in.
Besides participating in voluntary activities at school, the Green Summer campaign is also a place where "the blue shirt soldier" named Tu Uyen supports and helps people in remote areas. During her youth, Tu Uyen wants to go to many places and study as much as possible. So as long as there is a suitable program which brings her an opportunity to experience and benefit the community, she does not hesitate to participate in.

Experiencing many activities for the community helps Tu Uyen become more mature everyday

Sharing the secret of how to study well and participate well in social activities at the same time, Tu Uyen said: "At school, I always pay attention to what the teachers are teaching, study in an active way and ask questions right in class so I can make the most of my time”.
Currently, she is an intern at Navigos Group - A company specializing in services related to the HR industry, with more than 700 employees.
Community projects not only help Tu Uyen to contact and meet many friends, have more new relationships, but also support her major, practice communication skills, as well as teamwork skills. Simultaneously, it helps her to be more dynamic, braver and more confident. After every project, Uyen can recognize her strengths and weaknesses so that she can try to learn and improve in the future.
