CENTER OF ACADEMIC SUPPORT SERVICES

I. STUDENT / PARENT SUPPORT SERVICES

1. Receive inquiries, provide consultation, and answer questions from students/parents regarding regulations, policies, and announcements related to academic matters: semester/academic year teaching–learning plans, timetables, academic results, etc.

2. Handle academic administrative procedures for students: suspension of study/retention of academic results, re-enrollment, transfer to another institution, change of major/program, course registration, etc.

3. Provide academic care and support for students with unsatisfactory academic performance; advise and propose solutions to help students improve their results.

4. Coordinate with faculties to provide advising on majors, programs, and study pathways for students/parents, helping students build a suitable study plan and effective learning methods.

5. Notify and provide information to students/parents regarding semester/academic year teaching–learning plans, academic reminders/notes, and students’ academic results, etc.
