The General English Program at Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics and Finance is designed to empower students with essential language skills and communicative confidence, preparing them for a globalized world. Aiming to support students’ development of English language proficiency at Level B1 (in the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages CEFR) upwards, it emphasizes interactive and practical approaches to language acquisition.
