Student Survey of International Bachelor’s Programs on Lecturers’ Teaching Activities in Semester 1

In order to collect feedback from relevant stakeholders as a basis for review, continuous improvement, and quality enhancement, while safeguarding students’ interests and providing them with an opportunity to express their perspectives, expectations, and opinions regarding the University’s activities, UEF conducts a student survey of the joint programs with Leeds Trinity University (LTU) and the University of Gloucestershire (UoG) (Cohorts 2022 and 2023) on lecturers’ teaching activities in Semester 1 of the Academic Year 2025 - 2026, with the following details:

1. Survey participants: Undergraduate students enrolled in the LTU and UoG joint programs (Cohorts 2022 and 2023).

2. Survey period
   - LTU: from November 17, 2025 to December 1, 2025.
   - UoG: from December 8, 2025 to December 22, 2025.

Students are required to complete the survey online.

3. Survey method
   The survey will be conducted online via the University’s academic portal at https://daotao.uef.edu.vn/#/home. Students must log in using their individual university-issued accounts and complete the survey in accordance with the instructions provided on the system.

Notes:
- Students must complete the survey within the designated timeframe and for all courses they are enrolled in during Semester 1, as indicated in their individual timetables.
- The following special courses are exempt from the survey: Capstone Projects, Graduation Internships, and National Defense and Security Education.
- In the event of technical issues during the survey process, students are advised to contact the relevant unit at least one (01) day prior to the survey closing date.
- Participation in the survey on lecturers’ teaching activities will be counted toward students’ conduct assessment scores in accordance with University regulations (score range: 01–06).
