Shinhan Bank is a Korean financial brand with 32 years of development and a strong presence in the international market. Although an international bank, Shinhan has built strong trust and recognition in Vietnam, becoming one of the prominent names alongside major domestic commercial banks. Shinhan currently operates 51 transaction points nationwide, including 21 branches and 22 transaction offices.
At Shinhan, UEFers were introduced in detail to the organizational structure and the role of each department. This is core content that helps finance and accounting students clearly envision future job positions. Students learned about the customer transaction unit, business unit, and credit unit—three critical functional areas that directly affect operational efficiency and profitability.

UEFers explored the operations of each department at Shinhan Bank’s Bay Hien Ward Branch
One of the most engaging parts for students was the direct Q&A session. Students toured operational areas and received information about employment and learning opportunities at Shinhan Bank. Shinhan representatives answered questions on job positions, working hours, application opportunities, and the specific roles of each department. These real-world insights helped students resolve uncertainties and clarify their upcoming career direction.
