The closing ceremony was attended by delegation leaders and students from 11 countries and territories across Asia. Representing UEF were Dr. Nhan Cam Tri – Vice President, Dr. Ngo Minh Hai – Vice President, Dr. Phan Bao Giang – Vice President, along with leaders from various departments and faculties.

Asian Young Leaders Forum 2026 concludes with meaningful outcomes

Speaking at the closing ceremony, Dr. Nhan Cam Tri summarized the key values delivered by the forum, emphasizing the role of students and young leaders in driving innovation, creativity, and sustainable development in the context of global integration. Student presentations, featuring innovative ideas closely connected to real-world issues, were also recognized and honored as one of the academic highlights of the program.

At the conclusion of the forum, international and UEF students were awarded certificates in recognition of their roles as presenters, acknowledging their meaningful contributions to the overall success of the event. Memorable moments of interaction, exchange, and sharing during the ceremony created lasting impressions on the delegates’ journey.

Following the presentation sessions, international students shared their reflections on the knowledge and skills they had gained from the forum. “The forum brought together many great ideas, and I believe it is truly a valuable opportunity for young people to share their initiatives, research, and proposals—contributions that can help shape a better and more sustainable future. With participants from various Asian countries, each with different cultures and languages, I have become more open-minded, improved my communication skills, and developed a deeper sense of understanding. I truly appreciated the forum’s welcoming, open, and inclusive environment,” shared Shara Cabrera from FAITH Colleges (Philippines).

Prior to the closing ceremony, student delegations also visited Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH). This field visit provided them with valuable insights into modern educational facilities and the dynamic learning environment in Vietnam.
