RECRUITMENT NOTICE

HRA EXECUTIVE

I. Job Decription: 
- Recruitment:
+ Create and post recruitment notice, plan interview schedule, compose appointment letter
+ Prepare workplace, machine, equipment, training for new employees
+ Evaluation after the probationary period, labor contracts, the evaluation at the end of year

+ Support HRAM in planning of the year training, control and evaluate annual training costs, the assessment after training

+ Attendance, Annual leave, find a suppliers, make a purchase order
+ Import and export management of stationery, machinery maintenance.
+ Other jobs as assigned by HRAM

II. Requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree in economics and related discipline.
• Communicate in English and Microsoft office
• Fresher or 1-2 years’ experience in HRA is a plus.
• Strong verbal, presentation and written communications skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks
• Proactive and timely follow-up skills on leads, quotes and scheduling
• Analytical thinking, honest, carefulness, team spirit.
