Job Description
You will be part of our Recruitment platform located in HCMC and work in direct collaboration with different hiring managers of Amaris worldwide to recruit talents for either corporate functions or consulting functions.
Collection and analysis of the manager's need
Writing and publishing the different job offers and follow-up on the job boards
Sourcing, hunting and the development of a network of specialized candidates
Identification and qualification of potential candidates
Administration of applications through the entire recruitment process
Set up and administration of search agents
Pre-Selection interviews via Phone-Call
Interviews planning with Managers
Weekly reporting and weekly meeting with your team
Ideal candidates:
Graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ideally you have 0 to 5-year experience in similar business
lines or environment.
Good command of English in order to communicate effectively with the hiring managers and pitch non-
Vietnamese candidates.

The sourcing solutions department is the foundation of the recruitment process. Sourcing stands for research, proactive identification and engagement of candidates.
As a Sourcing Officer, you will have the responsibility of executing an accurate sourcing strategy for one of Amaris’ business lines.
Your main tasks will be involved but not limited to the following:
Researching candidates profiles and projects
Collecting and analyzing all relevant information about the position
Scouting external databases for the perfect candidates for the positions and the business line
Develop consistent search agents on external databases
Publication and refreshing of job offers
Completing candidate information’s and mapping their skills
Develop a specialized network on social media
Participation in the discovery and identification of new recruitment tools
Propose ideas for continuous improvement of the recruitment process

Ideal candidates:
Last year or third-year students available for full-time internship in 6 months
Ideally, you are pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, English or other related majors
Good command of English, both verbal & written communication
Proficient in MS-Office

3. Senior Graphic Designer
Design & Video Center
Under the direct responsibility of the Marketing direction, the Design and Video Centre intervenes as a real internal graphic design and production agency. The Design and Video Centre translates ideas into images, corporate brand strategy into animated contents. It transmits communication messages efficiently. Your main tasks will be involved but not limited to the following:
