The programs focus on exploration, orientation, and development of international career pathways for young individuals, ranging from primary and secondary school students to university students.

All programs are designed and supervised by a team of international experts with extensive practical experience and proven success in their respective fields, aiming to equip students with essential knowledge and skills for future career development.

JOB POSITION: Career Instructor
NUMBER OF VACANCIES: 10
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Project-based
WORK LOCATION: Partner Schools or Juvenis Maxime Office

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3rd or 4th-year university students, or fresh graduates
• GPA ≥ 3.0/4.0
• English proficiency: Competent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• Experience in teaching or training projects for primary/secondary students is an advantage
• Empathy and a strong commitment to students’ development and well-being

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Guide and support primary and secondary school students in career exploration through simulation-based projects
• Deliver content based on Juvenis Maxime’s curriculum (aligned with the American Career Guidance Program)
• Facilitate students’ learning through case studies, tools, and hands-on activities
• Monitor students’ progress and provide constructive feedback
• Encourage participation in career simulations and role-playing activities
• Support students throughout their career exploration journey
• Participate in developing simple career simulation projects
• Attend training sessions led by Juvenis Maxime’s professional mentors

BENEFITS:

• Compensation: 80,000 – 200,000 VND/hour
