Job Description
The primary responsibility of a Sourcer is to assist our Clients’ recruitment team in searching for qualified candidate profiles that match with the job requirements from different online sources. Additionally, the Researcher will also add value to the Clients’ organization by conducting other HR project research, where required.

- Working with an international management team to understand client requirements and
prioritiey
- Searching for candidates on the internet, mostly on social media and job boardy
- Scoring candidates against the job descriptio
- Sharing information and supporting other team members with passdown not
- Being a world-class data detectives
Your Skills & Experience
- Intermediate Excel Skilly
- Intermediate written and verbal communication skills in English (At least TOEIC 550 orequivalent)
- Confident communication.
- Curiosity and problem solving ability - Sherlock Holmes attitude!
- Technical aptitude and logical thinking.
