Vị trí: Sales Admin Support Intern

• Follow up the document signing process.
• Prepare materials for the conference. Make an inventory report. 
• Send invitations and receive goods.

• Support KAM to do Livestream sessions for clients. 
• Set up material for the Livestream sessions. 
• Support merchandiser to brief KV, banner (will be trained - flexible).

• Support to answer customer’s questions and feedback. 
• Support to push sales via consulting customer Support merchandiser to brief KV, banner (will be trained - flexible).

• Create videos for DKSH Ecommerce channel to post on Tiktok and social media.
• Create content plans for DKSH Ecommerce channel. Brief image/banner for onsite platform.

• Scann, photo documents, fill up and follow up with vendors to correct the invoice, bill with DKSH VAT information. Work with the accountants to follow up with payment to vendors.
• Support with healthcare events, meetings, logistics. Arrange meeting rooms as required by Line Manager. Other tasks from Line Manager (if any).
