Job Title Research Intern

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collect data of Real Estate Industry
  • Making cold calls or using internet to contact developers, sellers to collect data and information (prices, locations, ...)
  • Analyse and writing report.
  • Translate reports English to Vietnamese if requested.
  • Other tasks will be assigned by Line Manager.

 
REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education background in Real Estate, Economics, Marketing or any related background.
  • Prefer candidate study in Mathematics, Statistic and Quantitative Economics.
  • Candidates study abroad is a plus.
  • Good at writing in English.


Job Title Valuation Intern

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work with investment team to conduct market and financial research to support Valuation projects. May include secondary and primary market research and financial and company analysis.
  • Assist Valuation teams in writing reports.
  • Collect needed information via callings, internet search and other sources
  • Draft and/or translate report under the supervision of the team members
  • Assist in other tasks as required to complete Valuation projects.
  • Other tasks will be assigned by Line Manager.

 
REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education background in Valuation, Real Estate, Economics, Corporate Finance or any related background.
  • Good at writing in English.



Job Title Leasing Intern

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare and update database for retail and office,
  • Exercise marketing activities (sending out project info and follow up).
  • Collect data of Retail leasing Industry.
  • Site updates.

  • Education background in Marketing, Business Administration or any related background.

Job Title Accounting/Cashier Intern

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Take payment in exchange of items sold.
  • Enter transactions in the cash register and provide customers with the total bill.
  • Sort and count currency and coins.
  • Issue receipts and change to customers.
  • Count money at the beginning and ending of each shift.
  • Process exchanges and refunds.
  • Ensure that all checkout counters have enough cash.
  • Perform the duties of customer service representative when required.
  • Ensure management of daily cash accounts.
  • Keep the work area tidy and clean.

  • Provide, select CV to update to recruitment database.
  • Manage candidate data base to make sure data base been updated as recruitment progress.
  • Follow the recruitment process to recruit permanent employee.
  • Reply to successful and unsuccessful candidate the interview result when complete interview process.
  • Prepare and submit candidate offer and follow up until placing.
  • Active use of recruitment tools: job flow – hire system….
  • Execute pre-screening and final phone, face-to-face interview for junior and middle level post and support all parties in concern with assessment.
  • Proactive to coordinate with department for interview.

Job Title Training & Development Intern

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assists outside consultants with preparing and administering various training programs. Administers and evaluates training program qualification tests and determines eligibility of prospective attendees.
  • Prepares and distributes training aids such as instructional material, handouts, evaluation forms, and visual aids; sets up audiovisual equipment and makes presentations when necessary.
  • Contacts attendees and department representatives about training program.
  • Schedules the appropriate classroom and prepares the physical setup.
  • Ability to communicate with company employees, trainers from other companies, professional training group members, and consultants by phone, in person, or through correspondence.
  • Informing concerned parties about the training.
  • Ensuring that the training venue is booked and ready for the training session.
  • Sending out pre-course information to participants.
  • Compiling the training objectives of the participants.
  • Ensuring that the training material is up-to-date.
  • Helping training manager or trainer to create training support materials.
  • Recording the attendance of employees for the training session.

 
REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education Background Business Administration, Human Resources or any related education background.
  • Computer literacy, excellent skill of Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Proactive, have good presentation skill and willing to do administrative tasks.
