1. Customer Service (60%)
• Address tenants’ inquiries and requests within the timeframe of local regulations and organizational policies and service standards.
• Refer tenants to other partners and services as required.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Work at the Reception Counter according to the schedule assigned by the Team Leader.
• Welcome, check-in, provide information, and direct visitors to work and visit the Building.
• Answer, receive, and process calls, and emails from tenants and visitors.

2. Administration (40%)
• Supporting all Tenant Experience activities in setting up and executing logistics for monthly events.
• Monitor and update operational inventories of facility floors.

• Good English communication skills.
• Positive and professional demeanor.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task to meet deadlines in a fast-paced working environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work as a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic business environment.
• Technically savvy and able to learn company-specific programs and software.
