POSITION  OVERVIEW – The main responsibility is tracking quarterly price movement &
changes in different asset classes of the property market. JD RESEARCH INTERN
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Variable forecast model on population growth in provincial/ district/ development area level
• Analyst the Projected offices and residential demand and demand/ supply gap
• Projected demand on related property sectors: Hotel/ Resort, Holiday home, etc.
• Provide estimation on asking – transacted price deviation
• Monthly update on different price band/ asset class

REQUIREMENTS

• Update market information via callings, internet search, site inspections and other sources
• Assist in preparation and reception in any department's events
• Do the information analysis if requires

JD MARKETING INTERN
As a Marketing Intern, you will

• Create  and  publish  content  (blog  articles,  news,  research,  showcases)  in  both English and Vietnamese.
• Perform research to find related content that is suitable to our customer bases.
• Prepare detailed promotional presentations
• Help with the planning and hosting of marketing events
• Help distribute marketing materials.
• Carry out administrative and data entry-related tasks, and maintain organized files for marketing team.

Who you are

• Strong written communication skills in English and Vietnamese. News/blog writing skills is a plus.
• Willing to do voluntary work to gain working experiences
• Ability to multitask and take initiative.
• Commitment to community development field.
• Must have a passion for marketing.

JD LEASING INTERN
As a Leasing Intern, you will

• Work as guidance of Head of Retails to ensure all documents relating to the Retail Project are well prepared and managed in accordance with company profile and procedures
• Actively seeking new solutions and creating new opportunities
• Approach and expand list of customers in Fashion, Shoes, Bags & Accessories, F&B, Services category.
• Do the marketing of the retails projects as guidance of Head of Retails
• Attend training courses as required. Essential skills:
• Dynamic & good communication skills. Good English is a must.
• Patient & cautious personality
• Good attitude
• Computer skill - Word, Excel, Power Point, the use of Internet
