  1. Main duties:
    1. Claim settlement including but not limited to:
      • Outpatient claim treatment
      • Inpatient claim treatment
      • Salary compensation claim
      • Death following all causes claim
      • Total or partial disablement following all causes claim
      • Ensure the claim settlements are within committed timeline and accurate.
  2. Others activities which are required for settling claim including but not limited to:
    • Require customers to provide accurate and necessary documents for the claim settlement
    • Follow uncompleted claim folder (send reminder to customer basing on the internal guideline and settlement at the reception of documents)
    • Require additional information to the insured, medical practitioner if necessary,
    • Provide payment guarantee to medical network in case of direct billing
    • Follow closely claims more than US$1,000 submitted to the insurers for approval
    • Support and train claim group’s member if requested
    • Solve minor difficulties met in the daily activities.
  3. External communication with the insured, policyholder or medical network
  4. Other tasks assigned by the Company 

II. Job requirement:

  • College degree
  • Computer Literate: WinWord, Excel, Power Point, ….
  • English fluency
  • High integrity, good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Client-oriented, innovative and critical sense
  • Be able to work in a team,
  • Be able to work under pressure
