ESTABLISHING A PARTNERSHIP WITH BRILITAS EU OPENS THE DOOR TO GLOBAL INTEGRATION...

With a mission to train high-quality human resources that meet the increasingly demanding needs of the global labor market, UEF continuously expands its international partnerships, working alongside reputable businesses both domestically and internationally to create a learning environment closely connected to real-world practice. 

In line with that spirit, on the morning of May 21, UEF held a strategic partnership signing ceremony with Brilitas Pharmaceuticals EU OÜ, followed by a talk show themed “From Vietnam to Brussels: A Strategic Journey to the European Parliament – Innovation, Relation, and Global Vision.” The event marked a significant step in strengthening the connection between the university, businesses, and the student community.

UEFers gain an additional “key” to success in the global era: Innovation - Connectivity - Vision.

Representing UEF at the event were Dr. Hồ Viễn Phương - Vice President of UEF, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dương Anh Sơn - Dean of the Faculty of Law, Dr. Nguyễn Thị Thu Trang – Vice Dean of the Faculty of Law and Director of the U.S. Law Center, M.A. Vũ Anh Sao - Vice Dean of the Faculty of Law, LLM. Nguyễn Nam Trung - Assistant to the Dean and Deputy Director of the U.S. Law Center, and M.A. Nguyễn Thị Kim Loan - Deputy Director of the Center for Business Cooperation.

On the enterprise side, Mr. Trần Quang Đăng - Director of Brilitas Pharmaceuticals EU OÜ - serves as a Non-permanent Legislative Technical Member of the European Parliament.

The signing ceremony of the cooperation agreement between UEF and Brilitas Pharmaceuticals EU OÜ marked a significant milestone, officially establishing the institutional relationship between the two parties and laying the foundation for long-term collaboration. This partnership paves the way for extensive future cooperation and opens up promising career development opportunities for students through access to internationally standardized academic and internship programs.

Immediately following the signing ceremony, the program proceeded with a talk show entitled 'From Vietnam to Brussels', co-hosted by the U.S. Law Center (USLC) in collaboration with the UEF Law Club (ILC). As an academic exchange forum, the talk show delivered a profoundly inspiring narrative, guiding students through the aspirational and determined journey of a Vietnamese national who is progressively asserting his professional presence at the heart of European governance - the European Parliament.

In his remarks, Mr. Trần Quang Đăng took UEF students on an emotional and intellectual journey, sharing stories from his path of self-affirmation within a highly demanding international environment. Through his talk, 'Journey of Recognition at the European Parliament', he emphasized the critical importance of perseverance, integrity, and transparency in the development of institutional relationships. Notably, his account of the founding and cross-border vision of the Brilitas platform - along with the legal and regulatory challenges encountered while working in the field of healthcare law in Europe - offered UEF students valuable and thought-provoking insights.

Beyond that, the talk show also provided a strategic perspective on how Vietnamese youth can "think globally, act locally." With the powerful message: "Global thinking starts at home," the speaker provided practical advice on building an international mindset, preserving cultural identity, and aspiring to contribute to the nation's sustainable development within an integrated world.

The talk show also particularly emphasized the roles of innovation, professional ethics, and long-term strategic vision - key factors that help the young generation to navigate the fluctuations of globalization. This empowers UEF students with not only a solid professional foundation but also instills a sense of responsibility and a mission to contribute value beyond national borders.
