As one of the flagship programs of the Faculty of Business Administration at UEF, the Business Administration program is designed with a strong application-oriented and internationally integrated approach, enabling students to develop comprehensive knowledge, practical skills, and leadership capabilities. In addition to a solid foundation in modern management, students are equipped with competencies in technology application, data analytics, and digital business management, preparing them to meet the demands of the workforce in the Industry 4.0 era.

Three specialized tracks: Business Management, Entrepreneurship Management, and Digital Transformation Management, enabling students to choose a career pathway that aligns with their strengths and professional aspirations.

Learning with businesses through courses featuring CEOs, industry experts, and business executives, complemented by company visits, company tours, real-world projects, and business case-solving activities.

Developing global competencies through bilingual instruction, co-teaching with international lecturers, academic exchange programs, and opportunities to study in multicultural environments.

Building comprehensive skill sets, including leadership, communication, teamwork, presentation, problem-solving, as well as the application of AI, digital technologies, and data analytics in business management.

The Business Administration program aims to educate graduates with a strong foundation in modern management knowledge and specialized expertise in business management and entrepreneurship. Graduates are equipped with the competencies to plan, organize, and manage business functions within organizations across various economic sectors while pursuing sustainable career development in a competitive and globally integrated business environment.

PO1: Demonstrate comprehensive and in-depth knowledge of business administration, with the ability to apply theoretical and practical knowledge to solve business-related problems, provide relevant information, and support decision-making in the field of business administration.

PO2: Demonstrate professional competencies in planning, organizing, and managing business functions within organizations operating in competitive business environments and in the context of regional and global integration.

PLO5: Read, interpret, prepare, process, and analyze financial statements, investment portfolios, and macroeconomic analysis reports of enterprises.
