At the Faculty of Business Administration UEF, the Human Resource Management program is designed with a modern HR management approach, enabling students not only to understand people but also to develop strategic human resource solutions, leverage technology in HR management, and create productive and engaging workplaces.

Students acquire comprehensive knowledge ranging from fundamental to advanced topics, including talent acquisition, training and development, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations, organizational culture, and strategic human resource planning. In addition, the curriculum integrates emerging trends such as People Analytics, HR Technology, Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Human Resource Management, and Digital Transformation, equipping graduates with the competencies required to meet the evolving demands of today's workforce.

3. Program Educational Objective

The Bachelor of Human Resource Management program equips students with both fundamental and advanced knowledge in human resource management while establishing a strong academic foundation for further postgraduate study and lifelong learning.

Graduates are prepared to perform core human resource management functions effectively, including job analysis and design, talent acquisition, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, occupational health and safety, and other key HR practices.

In addition, graduates develop strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills in human resource management, together with the ability to conduct independent learning, undertake research, and pursue advanced academic and professional development.

Recruitment Conqueror - A recruitment simulation competition where students experience the complete hiring process from a candidate's perspective. Participants strengthen their interviewing skills, develop professional résumés, and enhance their ability to adapt to real-world recruitment and corporate environments.

Mentoring Program - A six-month one-on-one mentoring program that connects students with CEOs, Human Resources Directors, and industry professionals from diverse sectors. Through personalized guidance, students develop professional competencies, leadership potential, and clear career development plans while still at university.

HR Workshops and Specialized Talk Shows - Organized in collaboration with corporate partners and HR experts, these events cover practical topics such as personal branding on LinkedIn, storytelling in the workplace, talent acquisition, learning and development, strategic human resource management, digital transformation, and other emerging trends in modern HR management.

Company Tours - Students visit leading companies such as AEON, Acecook, Ajinomoto, Yakult, Guardian, and many other corporate partners to gain first-hand insights into professional working environments. These visits provide valuable opportunities to observe how organizations build corporate culture, manage human resources, and develop talent in real business settings.

Youth Leadership Seminar - A series of international academic seminars conducted in English, enabling students to stay updated on emerging trends in management and leadership while enhancing their English proficiency, critical thinking, and global perspective.

Young Promising Managers (YPM Club) - The academic club of the Faculty of Business Administration, providing students with opportunities to connect with peers, organize projects, participate in academic activities, and develop leadership and management skills.

Youth Union and Student Association Activities - Students are encouraged to participate in Youth Union and Student Association programs, as well as volunteer, cultural, leadership, and sports activities.
