At the enterprise, students learned an overview of Vietbank’s formation, operations, and development strategy. The classroom-at-the-enterprise atmosphere became even more engaging with a quick Q&A minigame, where UEFers enthusiastically tackled subject-related questions and interacted with an experienced team of specialists.

In the professional sharing session, Ms. Nguyễn Thị Hồng Lam, with more than 18 years of experience, discussed the payment service system and banking workflows, helping students better understand actual operations. Subsequently, Ms. Nguyễn Thị Thuý Minh shared useful insights on transaction control and trends in digital transformation of the profession in the new era.

In addition, the UEF delegation visited Vietbank’s Ho Chi Minh City Branch, directly observing the workplace setting and over-the-counter transaction procedures. The activity helped students visualize the day-to-day work of bank staff—from welcoming and advising clients to delivering customer service.
