UEF signs MOUs with 12 companies, expanding partnerships in finance and accounting

On the morning of December 3, UEF held an MOU signing ceremony with partner companies in the fields of finance, banking, accounting, auditing, and education. This comprehensive partnership expansion helps diversify practice-based learning programs and creates high-quality career opportunities for students.

UEF welcomed 12 additional companies into its multi-sector partner network

Participating partner companies included: Smart Train Academy Co., Ltd.; NC9 Vietnam Co., Ltd.; Vietnam Export Import Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Eximbank); DNSE Securities JSC; FAC Audit Co., Ltd.; Tai Viet JSC (VIETSTOCK); Sao Viet Auditing Co., Ltd. (Branch); Affina Vietnam Co., Ltd.; Hoang Le Consulting Services Co., Ltd.; GATLAS Co., Ltd.; HUSA Technology JSC; IELTS Mentor Education Co., Ltd. .

Representing UEF were Mr. Do Quoc Anh – Vice Chairman of the University Council; Dr. Nhan Cam Tri – Vice President; Dr. Ha Thi Thuy – Dean of the Faculty of Finance – Accounting; Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Loan, M.A. – Deputy Director of the Corporate Partnership Center; and members of the Faculty of Finance – Accounting’s leadership team.

UEF representatives presented appreciation gifts to partner companies

In his remarks, Mr. Do Quoc Anh shared an overview of UEF, including academic programs, quality accreditation standards, and students’ outstanding achievements. He emphasized the critical role of enterprises in co-creating an applied learning environment that supports students’ comprehensive professional development.

From the industry perspective, Mr. Pham Ngoc Hoang Thanh – Director of Smart Train Academy Co., Ltd. – expressed confidence in UEF, regarding the University’s training outcomes and quality as a key assurance for sustainable collaboration. He also proposed additional engagement models to maximize mutual benefits, directly contributing to the improvement of future human resources quality.

After the signing session, Dr. Ha Thi Thuy, representing the Faculty of Finance – Accounting, introduced an overview of the Faculty’s training activities, research, and key achievements. She also proposed multiple potential collaboration directions between companies and the Faculty, such as: corporate participation in curriculum review and learning outcome feedback; partnering in mentoring programs to develop students’ skills; joining practical knowledge-sharing and career orientation talks; hosting students for field trips and internships; and recruiting talent from UEF students.

During the discussion, companies highly appreciated UEF’s collaborative spirit and proposed developing a more structured internship program, emphasizing practical application to ensure students build a solid foundation before entering the workplace. They also highlighted the importance of scheduling internships appropriately so that students can fully engage in professional experiences.

The MOU signing with 12 partners in the finance and accounting sector marks an important step in UEF’s strategy to expand its corporate network. This creates opportunities for students to access real workplace environments early and pursue their career goals in the future.
