Law students at UEF are motivated to learn from "people in the profession"

In order to help "rookies" have more motivation to strive as well as effective specialized learning methods, the Faculty of Law of UEF has organized many activities rich in practical value with the companionship of "people in the profession". On the afternoon of March 14, the workshop "Inspiring fire and learning motivation for UEF Law students" organized by the Faculty of Law and the Youth Union, the UEF Law Faculty of Students' Association took place successfully.

The workshop is part of a series of activities to welcome Youth Month and celebrate the 93rd anniversary of the establishment of the Ho Chi Minh Youth Union (March 26, 1931 - March 26, 2024).

UEFers have more motivation to learn and pursue their passions through a useful workshop

Participate in sharing and motivating students at the workshop with speakers, including Lawyer Ho Vinh Long, Legal Director of HSBC Bank, Lecturer at the Faculty of Law of UEF, and a guest, LLM. Ho Anh Phung - Alumni of the Faculty of Law of UEF.
The workshop was also attended by Dr. Nhan Cam Tri - Vice Rector of the School, LLM. Vu Anh Sao - Vice Dean of the Faculty of Law, Master. Nguyen Thi Kim Loan - Deputy Director of the Center for Business Cooperation, Mr. Duong Truong Thuan - Member of the Standing Committee of the University Union and a large number of lecturers and students of the Faculty of Law.

Turning the topic around this time, Lawyer Ho Vinh Long, through the questions "Why, what, and how?" helps students gain an overview and more motivation to pursue a career. The set of questions includes: Why study Law? What is studying Law? How to study? To answer those questions, not only does the speaker share, but the students also actively interact directly until the Lawyer concludes the problem.

The speaker provided a series of reasons, both objective and subjective, that led to the decision to pursue a career in law. For example, to make money, for passion, because this is a profession that creates high value for society, offering diverse job opportunities without fear of unemployment. Looking at it, many students can see themselves, the reason why they have stepped into this path.

To pursue this major fully, students need to understand what they study and how to study effectively. This is also clarified by the speaker. In addition to the professional knowledge in books and textbooks, you also need to actively exploit the "lecturer" dictionary. It is a rich and close source of knowledge for you. Besides, you can also learn from friends and society. However, UEFers should not be buried in studying all day; they should take time to relax and participate in fun and entertaining activities to recharge their energy. That is the advice of Lawyer Ho Vinh Long.

Currently, he is working in the business field and realizes that Law has taught him a lot.
