UEF Students Win Third Prize at the 27th Euréka Scientific Research Awards in the Field of Administrative and Legal Studies
The Final Round of the 27th Euréka Student Scientific Research Awards 2025 took place on 5/12, followed by the Closing and Award Ceremony held at Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City. This is a prestigious academic platform for students passionate about scientific research, gathering innovative, highly practical and intellectually rigorous research topics from universities nationwide..
This year, UEF had 21 research projects advancing from the Preliminary Round to the Semi-finals. The most outstanding achievement belonged to a group of students from the Faculty of Law, Class of 2021, whose project was ranked among the Top 3 nationwide in the field of Administrative and Legal Studies and awarded Third Prize at the Euréka Awards 2025
UEF Representatives Attend the 27th Euréka Awards Closing and Award Ceremony at Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City
The awarded project, titled “Regulatory Sandbox Framework in the Field of Artificial Intelligence – International Experience and Recommendations for Vietnam,” was conducted by students Lê Đông Hân, Phạm Lê Nhật Minh, Phạm Thanh Thảo, and Hoàng Ngọc Như Uyên, under the academic supervision of Mr. Nguyễn Nam Trung.
The group surpassed 642 projects in the Semi-final Round to advance to the Final Round, competing with 14 outstanding projects from leading law-training universities across the country. Ranking among the Top 3 out of 14 national finalists clearly demonstrates the academic competence, research capacity, and perseverance of UEF students.
UEF Faculty of Law Students Win Third Prize in the Administrative–Legal Field
The project was highly appreciated by the Evaluation Council for its timeliness and strong scientific analysis. In the context of rapid AI development, establishing appropriate legal frameworks for pilot implementation and control has become an urgent requirement for many countries. By examining and comparing international models, the student group proposed policy recommendations suitable for Vietnam’s conditions. The research holds not only academic significance but also practical value for technology policy-making. haadjkdjajdjajdhja This achievement continues to highlight the strong academic spirit at UEF, where students are encouraged to engage in research and receive support from lecturers as well as faculties and institutes to develop projects with real-world applicability. This year’s Euréka Award has also become a driving force, further promoting the growth of the student scientific research movement at the University in the coming period.
