[Bira 91] Admin/ Coordinator Recuitment

1. RESPONSIBILITY:
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Order office supplies
  • Book travel arrangements.
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports.
  • Prepare and monitor invoices.
  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
  • Book conference calls, rooms, taxis, couriers, hotels etc.
  • Maintain up-to-date employee holiday records
  • Coordinate repairs to office equipment
  • Dealing with email enquiries
  • Arranging both internal and external events.

2. REQUIREMENT:
  • Proven experience (2-3 years) as office coordinator or in a similar role
  • Experience in customer service will be a plus
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office, “back-office” and accounting software
  • Working knowledge of office equipment (e.g. optical scanner)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Reliable with patience and professionalism
  • English at communication and written is required.

3. BENEFIT:
  • Basic Salary: 9,000,000 VND
  • Allowance (Phone, Gas..) : 1,000,000 VND
  • 13th Month Salary Bonus
