1) BRAND AMBASSADORS (BUSINESS CONSULTANTS AND BEAUTY ADVISORS)

2) COACHING EXECUTIVE
Job description
- Create and update logbooks
- Welcome new employees
- Coach receptionists on site
- Manage back up and updates
- Audit reception quality
- Manage employee attendance
- Prepare training documentation, such as training manuals, hand notes for participants, questionnaires and other supporting materials
- Schedule training sessions and send notification to participants
- Coordinate the preparation of training sessions, find training rooms, manage contract with suppliers, ensure all necessary equipment and catering (tea break) arrangements as well
- Assist HR department in scheduling, mailing and communicating about training programs
- Inform participants or employees about training demands and other important aspects
- Participate at training sessions and also fill in for the manager when he/she is unable to attend
- Keep records about each training course and participants
- Prepare training cost reports for accounting department
- Preparing and distributing training certificates for those who attended the courses
- Collect information on job satisfaction survey
- Manage turnover and relationship with employees
- Manage exit interviews
- Manage logistics (Location, tea break, contact trainee & trainer)
- Analyze coaching statistics and provide recommendations/alerts

3) EVENT EXECUTIVE
Job description
- Liaise with suppliers / third parties in order to get quotation for production items related to events.
- Manage suppliers / third parties once quotation is approved to make sure production meets required standards.
- Coordinate all parties involved in events production (from hotels to hostesses to printers).
- Work together with the Events Director to produce an event flow adequate to client’s briefing.
- Manage events from set up to set down.
- Assist the Events Director in requesting licenses, if any.
- Assist the Events Director in event-related documents translation, if any.
- If the candidate is proficient in design tools (Photoshop & Illustrator), some help might be requested to adapt concept-designs into client’s needs.

4) HR ACQUISITION
Job description
- Manage partner relationships: universities, job sites agency
- Provide methodology to get new partners/ database sources
- Build HR database (Universities/ Job sites/ Other Partner relationship/Networking events, professional connections/relations, viral and referrals)
- Find and recruit good candidates (screen, test, etc.)
- Produce mini CV, supporting documents for candidate presentation
- Manage ERP profile update
- Report statistics on recruitment results and hiring trends and market updates
- Train team leaders/ event hostess/ receptionist: outstanding course
- Analyze recruitment statistics and provide recommendations
- Analyze coach statistics and provide recommendations/ alerts
- Other tasks assigned by supervisors.

6) ISO CUM ADMIN
Job responsibilies
- Advise the General Director on the coordination and control of the process of building a quality management system (processes, regulations) and maintain and improve the quality management system (ISO 9001:2015)
- Assemble and save the entire system of internal processes in the company
- Support Director in tracking Manager and other departments’ tasks.
- Support relevant departments in planning the objectives, policies and functions as Director’s assignment.
- Participate the relevant meetings upon Director’s request.
- Check the documents, agreements…from other parts before sending to receive Director’s
approval.
- Convey relevant information from Director to relevant departments and vice versa
- On behalf of Director, he/she will deploy internal tasks when Director is absent and report back to Director.
