- Welcome Guests
- Support Service Team when needed
 - Be in charge of restaurant bookings and manage our Guests data base
- Engage with Guests to ensure they are having a great experience

Nhân Viên Phục Vụ (Waitress/ Waiter)

- Order taking
- Guest service
- Good listening and presentation skills
- Ensure restaurants are always in the highest level of hygiene

Nhân Viên Pha Chế (Bartender)

- Create, follow recipes to ensure consistency
- Control stock, inventory and make orders on Purchasing system
- Control and keep fridges, bar counters in the highest level of hygiene
- Recommend innovative, creative cocktails, garnishing and glassware

Bếp Trưởng Bếp Tiệc (Banquet Chef)

-    Ensures all set kitchen standards for Banquet Kitchen Section are complied
-   Organizes and sets up the assigned section of the Kitchen as effectively as possible
-   Regularly checks stocks taken from the Hotel’s General Food Store, Receiving Section and the Banquet Kitchen Section’s store as per the approved purchase orders and store requisitions 
-   Plans or participates in planning menus and utilization of food surpluses and leftovers.
-  Ensures that all dishes prepared in Banquet Kitchen Section are as per the set recipes, consistent in terms of quality, presentation, and food hygiene

- Ensures all set kitchen standards for Kitchen Section are complied
- Organizes and sets up the assigned section of the Kitchen as effectively as possible to increase the speed and maximize productivity
- Regularly checks stocks taken from the Hotel’s General Food Store, Receiving Section and the Kitchen Section’s store as per the approved purchase orders and store requisitions raised on Market -Control (MC) System, making sure the deliveries/ingredients are as per Kitchen’s set standards
- Plans or participates in planning menus and utilization of food surpluses and leftovers, taking into account probable number of guests, market conditions, popularity of various dishes and frequency of menu
- Ensures that all dishes prepared in Kitchen Section are as per the set recipes, consistent in terms of quality, presentation, and food hygiene

- Complies with the Department’s Standards Operating Procedures
-  Works closely with other employees in a supportive and flexible manner.
-  Organizes and sets up the assigned section of the Kitchen as effectively as possible.
-  Labels food containers properly to maintain food safety and hygiene standards
-  Assist Sous Chef in ensuring that all kitchen standards in the designated kitchen section are complied
