Summary of Role & Responsibilities
1. Sell products of company and other principles to rubber & elastomers segment
2. Managing sales activities, customers and other task to rubber & elastomers segment
3. Seeking new customers, new application which relates to product of company
4. Providing technical support to customers to achieve the business/sale target.
Job description
1. Survey market size, application (s) of rubber, elastomers… in domestic market;
2. Working with rubber & elastomers customers, traders, to update market information, seek new potential customers to offer the products of company, create new business;
3. Sell Calcium Carbonate and other principles to rubber & elastomers customers;
4. Seeking new potential customers in rubber & elastomer segment;
5. Create the relationship with customers;
6. Co-ordinate with Technical Manager of company, providing technical support to customers;
7. Managing sales activities and customers of this segment;
8. Analyse market situation, customers demand, activities of competitors and prepare the action plant accordingly;
9. Prepare sales forecast by quarterly and yearly;
10. Co-ordinate with other departments of company to accomplish the task required;
11. Support accounting department to collect the money, chase overdue debt from customers (if any);
12. Weekly & monthly reports to Technical Sales Manager;
13. Enable travelling for company business.
Job requirement
1. Have goods technical knowledge on rubber & elastomers or relative materials and application
2. Speaking and writing English fluently.
3. Communication skill & team work.
4. Computer skills (word, excel, PowerPoint, internet, email ...)
5. Having at least 02 years working experience in rubber & elastomers segment or experience on selling chemicals to rubber & elastomers segment.
6. Age: 25 -30
