Position:
1. Apprentice program (Marketing Management Team)
Job Description

  • The apprentice program is designed for fresh young mind graduate whose major is in hospitality or other related industries. You will enjoy our intensive on-the-job training with great leadership and will be entitled to possible full-time employment in the future. If you are an active, hard-working, fast-learner and multi-tasker with a growth mindset, join us.
  • Your responsibilities will be including, but not litmited to:
  • Assisting Market Manager in completing the acquisition process to ensure the hotel data has been completely collected;
  • Uploading all the data into the system correctly or if MDE (Market Data Entry) is available in the region, coordinate with the MDE for data uploading Verifying the uploaded data (content) and make sure that everything is complete and correct;
  • Clear and engaging communication skill, have attention to detail, adaptive to new situation, have willingness to learn, independent and have ownership;
  • Guide the hotels to enter information into extranet to completion;
  • Process the hotel to go live into Traveloka system.

Qualifications

  • Fresh graduate from accredited Universities, major in Hospitality is preferable;
  • 6-month full-time;
  • Fluent in English and Vietnamese, both spoken and written;
  • Detailed, quick learner and hard working;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

2. Customer Success Intern
Job Description

  • Being responsible for a second-tire point of escalation from customer service team thus expected to solve cases related with ticketing and hotel-booking processing;
  • Serving as liaison between customer service with Hotel and Ticketing Team, and thus has to formulate request on required action and escalation needs to the right team;
  • Manage customer cases through case management and customer database applications;
  • Managing customer solving time with 01 hour;
  • Understanding basic troubleshooting if there is any problem related with reservation tools;
  • Handle hotel cases which included issuance, amendment, relocation, and complain cases;
  • Responsible for any tasks assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications

  • Fresh graduate;
  • Customer-oriented;
  • 03 - month full-time;
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written;
  • Preferred who has experienced at hotels or certificate of booking air tickets.
