Dr. Thuy Dung Pham Thi is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Marketing at Asia Eastern University of Science and Technology, Taiwan. She received the Ph.D. degree in management from Yuan Ze University, Taiwan in 2021.
Her research interests include strategic management, emerging and digital technology adoption, and sustainability-driven innovation. Her works have been published in well-known journals such as IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management, Journal of Computer Information Systems, International Journal of Human–Computer Interaction, and Education and Information Technologies.
 
 
 
 
Anh Dat Le is a Research Teaching Fellow at Department of Science, Technology and International Projects, University of Economics and Finance, working at the intersection of artificial intelligence, financial markets, and geospatial analysis. His research develops hybrid models that integrate Graph Neural Networks, Kolmogorov–Arnold Networks, and deep learning architectures to detect anomalies, forecast trends, and construct digital twin systems for real estate markets. By combining price, volume, sentiment, and geospatial features, he builds advanced frameworks for uncovering hidden dynamics across multiple countries and market contexts.
In his role as Research Teaching Fellow, he contributes to both academic research and teaching across machine learning, Bayesian modelling, and data-driven decision-making. He has published in international journals, advancing methods for anomaly-aware forecasting and spatiotemporal modelling of real estate and commodity markets. His work extends beyond academia through collaborations with industry and institutional partners in Australia, Vietnam, and the UK, ensuring that theoretical innovations translate into practical applications. His aim is to bridge academic discovery with industry relevance, delivering insights that support investors, policymakers, and technology-driven enterprises.
 
 
 
With 10 years of teaching experience, Dr. Giang Nguyen is a young and dynamic lecturer and researcher with a particular interest in responsible leadership, corporate social responsibility, and sustainable development, especially in developing nations. She completed her PhD in Management at Newcastle Business School, the University of Newcastle. She was also a researcher for USAID Green Invest Asia (GIA) and BINUS University, Indonesia, and led several research projects. Her academic research has been accepted and published in several journals, including Production Planning & Control, Social Responsibility Journal, Journal of Macromarketing, and leading conferences like ANZAM, ANZIBA, EURAM, etc. 
Dr. Giang has been the recipient of the 2014 Full-fee waiver Transform Together Scholarship of Sheffield Hallam University, UK, for her master’s degree and the 2020 Vice Chancellor's Higher Degree by Research Training Program Scholarship of the University of Newcastle, Australia, for her doctoral degree.
 
 
 
Nguyen Tran Thai Ha, Ph.D. is a researcher affiliated with the Department of Science, Technology and International Projects at Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics and Finance. He earned his doctorate in Business Administration from Asia University, Taiwan, in 2022. His research spans corporate governance, sustainable development, finance, and environmental economics, with publications in top-tier journals such as Journal of Cleaner Production, Journal of Risk and Financial Management, Environmental Technology & Innovation, and Journal of Asian Business and Economic Studies.
Dr. Ha has actively contributed to international scholarship as a presenter at global conferences and as an editorial board member for several international journals. He also serves as a reviewer for numerous SCOPUS- and SSCI-indexed journals. His work has been recognized with awards, including the Silver Award for Best Paper at the 3rd International Conference on Sustainability and Innovation in Indonesia (2019) and other conferences.
 
 
 
Dang-Long Bui is an economist primarily focusing on Industrial Organization, Spatial Economics, and Environmental Economics. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics with a strong background in game-theoretic analysis. His works appear in known journals such as Energy Economics, Review of Economic Design, Journal of Economics, Managerial and Decision Economics, and Estudios de Economia.
 
 
 
Dr Ngan T Truong is a dynamic business and management scholar with research expertise spanning service innovation, customer experience, and organisational performance. She is currently a Researcher at the University of Economics and Finance (UEF) and Lecturer at Western Sydney University Vietnam. 
Her publications in Service Business, Journal of Hospitality and Tourism Technology, and Operations and Supply Chain Management investigate the mechanisms by which innovative service design, organisational culture, and quality practices influence firm competitiveness and customer satisfaction. She has presented her work at international conferences on hospitality, logistics, and service management, and serves as an ad-hoc reviewer for journals including the Journal of Business Research and Applied Economics. Her research directly informs her teaching across International Business and Management courses by embedding empirical findings and conceptual frameworks into course design, she equips students with evidence-based insights into sustainable practices and managerial decision-making. 
Dr Ngan earned her PhD in Business from RMIT University, Australia, where she also received Early Career Research Grant and HDR Dean’s List recognition, alongside MSc and BA degrees in International Management from the University of the West of England, UK.
 
 
 
Dr. NGUYEN Thi Phuong (Nguyen, T. P.) is research fellow of Department of Science, Technology and International Projects, University of Economics and Finance, Vietnam. Dr NGUYEN graduated her PhD (Management) in RMIT university. Her research interests span a wide array of fields, including leadership, corporate governance, strategic management, sustainability, supply chain management, and marketing, etc. With over a decade of experience in the higher education sector, Dr, Phuong has cultivated a diverse skill set encompassing international program franchise, academic research, fundraising for research projects, and teaching at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels in global institutions such as RMIT University, Birmingham City University, Leipzig University, Liverpool John Moores University, Western Sydney University, and others. She has held various management roles in higher education projects within both for-profit and non-profit sectors.
 
 
 

Dr. Duong Nam Tien is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Business Administration at Ming Chi University of Technology, Taiwan. He received the Ph.D. degree in management from Yuan Ze University, Taiwan in 2019. His research interests include information management, human-machine interactions, and digital marketing. His works have been published in well-known journals such as Interactive Learning Environments, British Food Journal, International Journal of Human–Computer Interaction, and Journal of Computer Information Systems.
 
 
 
Dr. Thinh Gia Hoang holds a Ph.D. in Business and Management from RMIT University. His research expertise encompasses sustainable business models, supply chain sustainability, innovation and technology management, and circular economy practices. He has actively participated in numerous research projects funded by both domestic and international organizations, including the National Foundation for Science and Technology Development (NAFOSTED), the Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom, and the Hinrich Foundation.
Dr. Hoang’s research contributes to advancing sustainability and innovation in business practices, particularly in the context of emerging economies. His work has been published in leading academic journals such as British Journal of Management, Business Strategy and the Environment, Technological Forecasting and Social Change, International Journal of Production Economics, and Journal of Cleaner Production, among others. In addition to his academic contributions, he is a contributing writer for Bloomberg Businessweek, where he analyzes industrial development strategies, value chain transformations, and trade policies in Vietnam and the ASEAN region. He currently serves as an Associate Editor of the journal Technology Analysis & Strategic Management; and servces in Editorial Board of Discover Sustainability and Humanities and Social Science Communications.
 
 
 
Dr. Hoang Ngoc Thanh is currently a researcher at the Office of Science, Technology and International Projects, Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics and Finance (UEF), Vietnam. He received his Ph.D. in Computer Science in 2023 from Lac Hong University, where his doctoral research focused on machine learning techniques and data preprocessing methods to improve classification performance in network intrusion detection systems.
Dr. Thanh has more than 25 years of experience in information technology, telecommunications, and higher education. During his career, he has held several managerial and technical positions, including Director of the Information Technology Center at Ba Ria–Vung Tau Telecommunications; Acting Vice Dean of the Faculty of Information Technology at Ba Ria–Vung Tau University; Director of the Continuing Education Institute and Head of the Data Center at Saigon International University; and Vice Dean of the Faculty of Information Technology at the Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics and Finance.
His research interests include machine learning, deep learning, continual and federated learning, cybersecurity, and data mining. He has published numerous research papers in national and international conferences and journals and has contributed to the development and authorship of high school computer science textbooks for the Vietnamese general education curriculum.
 
 
 
Dr. Cong Tam Trinh is a full-time senior lecturer in economics at the UEF International Institute (Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics and Finance). He holds a PhD in economics from Deakin University, Australia. His research interests include applied economics, the insurance industry, green finance, international trade, and entrepreneurship in developing economies. He has published in several reputable journals (A-ranked in the ABDC list or SSCI Q1/Q2), such as Applied Economics, Economic Modelling, Economics of Transition, Review of Income and Wealth, and International Review of Financial Analysis. Dr. Trinh has served as a referee for journals on the ABDC list and Scopus. He is also a session chair at international conferences such as EBES and AGBA, which often feature special issues in Scopus-indexed Q1, Q2, and Q4 journals. He serves as the editorial member of the Eurasian Economic Review (C-ranked in ABDC list and Scopus Q2). He has successfully supervised many master’s students and is currently supervising multiple PhD candidates.
 
 
 
Dr. Le Anh Duy TRAN holds a Ph.D. in Management from Sorbonne Panthéon University in France. His educational background includes a Master of Science (MSc) in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from Manchester Metropolitan University, United Kingdom (UK), and a Master 2 in research from Lille University, France and a Bachelor of Commerce from RMIT University. Over the past nine years, he has gained experience as a lecturer in several universities in Vietnam. In his research endeavors, he regularly contributes to numerous research papers in the supply chain management and logistics field. His academic research has been accepted and published in Scopus journals such as Case Studies on Transport Policy, Strategic Change, Operations Management Research, etc. He also earned the Best Paper Award in the VSSCM-25 International Conference.
