Job Fair 2025 Organized by the FBA Expands Internship and Employment Opportunities for Students

On December 9th, 2025, the Faculty of Business Administration (FBA) organized Job Fair 2025, an event aimed at supporting students in connecting with enterprises and equipping themselves with practical readiness before entering the labor market.
 
The event brought together businesses from various industries, offering a wide range of internship opportunities, part-time positions, and full-time career prospects for students across different cohorts, particularly FBA students preparing to transition into real-world professional environments.

The opening ceremony was attended by Mr. Do Quoc Anh - Vice Chairman of the University Council, Dr. Nhan Cam Tri - Vice President, the Board of the Faculty of Business Administration, leaders of faculties, institutes, and centers, along with representatives of sponsors from FIDOVN Co., Ltd. and numerous partner enterprises. The strong presence of participating organizations reflects the close collaboration between UEF and the business community in developing high-quality human resources.

Job Fair 2025 attracted a large number of recruiting enterprises, creating a practical environment for students to assess their capabilities, understand labor market demands, and identify positions aligned with their career orientations. Participating companies included FIDOVN Co., Ltd., Sponsorship Channel Media Solutions Co., Ltd., Golden Land Real Estate JSC, L&A JSC, Golden Solution, E-commerce Research and Development JSC, PNJ, CityClinic Vietnam Co., Ltd., Cali International Training JSC, Tien Phong Commercial Joint Stock Bank, Van Phuc City Hospital, MISA JSC, among others.

For FBA students, the event served as a valuable opportunity to secure internships aligned with their majors and begin their journey of “real work - real experience.” Through on-site interviews at company booths, students received constructive feedback on their skills, attitudes, and job suitability. This direct interaction with employers enabled students to better understand recruitment expectations, thereby refining their CVs, enhancing their competencies, and preparing more effectively for the transition from academic to professional environments.

In addition to recruitment activities, company booths incorporated minigames, networking sessions, and experience-sharing activities, creating a dynamic atmosphere while expanding students’ professional networks. Students also had the opportunity to listen to real career stories, gain insights into corporate culture, understand workplace pressures, and explore career development pathways.

Notably, within the framework of the event, a workshop titled “Career Selection Experience and Skills to Conquer Employers” attracted significant student participation. The speaker, Nguyen Bao Tram - Operations Assistant of FIDOVN Job, shared valuable insights into the labor market, common recruitment requirements for interns, and typical challenges students face when preparing CVs and application documents. The workshop also provided practical guidance on selecting suitable positions, interpreting job descriptions (JD), recommending supplementary courses, and building effective CVs.
