This seminar focused on leadership in the digital era, particularly for the Generation Z workforce. Ms. Nguyen Thi My Van - Country HR Head of MERCK Vietnam Co., Ltd., shared key qualities of modern leaders along with four effective leadership models: servant leadership, democratic leadership, situational leadership, and coaching leadership.

Continuing the series, the seminar “How IMC supports & How to measure Brand Equity” delivered by Ms. Pham Lan Khanh - CEO & Founder of Flamingo Corporation, provided students with a solid foundation in Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) for brand building and development.
