With the aim of enhancing analytical thinking and decision-making capabilities for employees of partner enterprises in a modern working environment, on the afternoon of October 8th, UEF organized an Effective Working Skills Training Program featuring the topic “Critical Thinking” for staff of InBold Co., Ltd.

The session was led by M.A. Tran Anh Tung - Head of Business Administration at UEF and Training Director at CRED under the Vietnam E-commerce Association. The program provided multiple practical perspectives, enabling participants to strengthen analytical capacity, critical thinking, and more effective decision-making in their professional work.

With extensive experience in teaching and corporate training, M.A. Tran Anh Tung opened the session by sharing multidimensional insights into the current global context, emphasizing the importance of flexible thinking and adaptability in all situations. The session quickly became engaging through ice-breaking activities, where participants collaborated in challenges such as paper airplane launching and discussing solutions to given scenarios.
Moving into the core content, participants were introduced to the Paul-Elder Critical Thinking Framework, gaining an understanding of eight essential elements along with intellectual standards and dispositions required in professional contexts. Through practical examples, group exercises, and real-world case analyses, InBold staff strengthened their critical thinking foundation: learning how to ask the right questions, conduct multidimensional analysis, and evaluate issues from various perspectives.

In addition, participants actively engaged in Q&A and discussions with the lecturer on applying critical thinking in problem-solving and decision-making within business communication. These interactions enabled each individual to accumulate practical knowledge and applicable lessons for their work.
