UEF Successfully Approves Faculty-Level Research Projects In Science And Technology

On March 23, the UEF Council for the Acceptance of Science and Technology Research Projects officially evaluated and approved two faculty-level research studies. Both projects were recognized for their novelty and meaningful contributions to the advancement of their respective research fields.
Applying Digital Transformation in Human Resource Management Education
Recognizing the growing importance of digital transformation in teaching and learning, MSc. Dang Thanh Thuy – Head of the Human Resource Management program, Faculty of Business Administration – conducted a study titled “Solutions for Applying Digital Transformation to Enhance Teaching and Learning Quality in the Human Resource Management Program at UEF.” The project was co-implemented by MSc. Nguyen Tran Duyen Phu – Lecturer of the Faculty.

Through this research, the authors aim to contribute to the strategic development of the Human Resource Management program at UEF. The project was evaluated by an acceptance council chaired by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Quyet Thang, with members including Dr. Nguyen Duy Quang (Reviewer 1), Dr. Le Ngo Ngoc Thu (Reviewer 2), Dr. Vo Phuoc Tai (Member), and MSc. Tang My Ha (Member and Secretary).

Based on survey results from lecturers involved in the program, the research team found that factors such as technological proficiency, infrastructure, and the integration of digital tools into the curriculum were generally rated at an agreeable level or higher. However, certain limitations remain.
Accordingly, the study proposed a number of practical solutions aimed at enhancing the effective application of digital technologies in Human Resource Management education at UEF, thereby contributing to improved training quality in alignment with current educational trends.
