With the goal of providing students with real-world, international exposure, UEF continues to implement internship programs at Japanese enterprises for those aspiring to develop professionally in a global environment.
On the evening of July 3, UEF representatives gathered at the airport to see off a group of students, marking the beginning of their internship journey in Japan. The delegation includes three outstanding students: Ha Thanh Le Ngan from the Faculty of Business Administration, Pham Phuong Trinh from the Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality Management, and Tran Ngoc Anh from the Faculty of Economics.
The international internship program in Japan is expanding across multiple disciplines
The students will undertake their internships at Shinyu Onsen / Tateshina Shinyu Onsen, a well-known traditional yet modern hospitality establishment in Japan, specializing in resort services, wellness, and culturally immersive experiences.
Accompanying the send-off were M.A. Nguyen Thai Ha – Deputy Director of the Center of Corporate Relations; M.A. Nguyen Viet Thuy – Vice Dean of the Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality Management; and Dr. Huynh Nhut Nghia – Vice Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration.

During the farewell, faculty members shared valuable guidance with the students on professional competencies, adaptability, communication skills, and the importance of representing Vietnamese youth as responsible and proactive global citizens. Faculty representatives also emphasized that this opportunity reflects the students’ thorough preparation in academic knowledge, professional skills, language proficiency, and intercultural competence throughout their time at UEF.
Deeply moved, the students expressed heartfelt gratitude to their families for their unwavering support, trust, and encouragement in enabling them to step out into the world and explore their full potential.

With the foundation provided by UEF and the support of their families and lecturers, these students are expected to become outstanding young ambassadors, representing Vietnamese students on the global stage with confidence, professionalism, and a strong spirit of integration.
