UEF Collaborates with Nasional University to Expand Academic Partnerships and Faculty Exchange

On the morning of April 9, UEF welcomed and held a working session with a delegation from Nasional University (UNAS), Indonesia, as part of the 2026 Faculty Exchange Program. The visit contributed to strengthening international academic connections and expanding collaborative opportunities between the two institutions.

The meeting focused on faculty exchange programs

Representing UEF were Dr. Do Huu Nguyen Loc – Vice President; Prof. Dr. Eric Jose Olmedo Panal – Director of the International Institute; Dr. Majo George – Dean of the Faculty of Economics; Dr. Do Thi Thu Ha – Vice Dean of the Faculty of Economics; Dr. Piotr Antoni Binkowski – Vice Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration; M.A. Nguyen Thanh Lam – Vice Dean of the Faculty of Finance and Accounting; Dr. Nguyen Kim Thoa – Deputy Director of the International Institute; and M.A. Hoang Tran Quang Duong – Head of the International Training Division.
The UNAS delegation included Prof. Dr. Suryono Effendi - Vice Rector for General Administration, Finance and Human Resources; Prof. Dr. Ir. Edi Sugiono - Dean, Faculty of Economics and Business; Prof. Dr. Andini Nurwulandari - Head of the S3 Management Study Program FEB UNAS; Prof. Dr. Irma Setyawati - Doctoral Lecturer in Management Science; Dr. Hasanudin - Secretary of S3 Management Study Program FEB UNAS; Dr. Ir. Tri Waluyo, M.Agr - Head of the Bureau of Research Administration and Community Service; Andi Wijanarko - Chairman of HIMADIM.

Representatives of both universities expressed their expectations for more high-quality collaborative programs in the future
 
The program placed strong emphasis on faculty and academic exchange, featuring the participation of doctoral candidates currently enrolled at UNAS. During the session, these candidates presented a range of timely and highly applicable topics in economics and marketing, including personal content creation trends linked to business in the digital era, FOMO marketing strategies in social commerce, revenue growth solutions amid the global energy crisis, and communication connectivity issues in marketing management.

Through these presentations, UEF students and faculty gained valuable exposure to international perspectives, updated insights into emerging trends, and broadened academic thinking within the context of globalization. The program also provided a platform for participants from both institutions to engage in direct discussions, exchange viewpoints, and share academic and research experiences.
