After the online Preliminary Round, the "Lac Khanh Do" Season 3, 2025 competition has officially selected the top 20 outstanding teams, ready to compete in the Final Round, scheduled for March 21. Organized by the Chinese Language Department – Faculty of International Language and Culture at UEF, the competition is a distinctive academic playground for students who love Chinese and are passionate about exploring Chinese culture.

Top 20 teams officially revealed, ready for the finals

More than just a language competition, "Lac Khanh Do" offers a vibrant journey into Chinese culture, spanning fields such as language, history, literature, arts, economy, and cuisine. This year’s contest has attracted widespread interest from students across universities in Southern Vietnam, creating an academic playground that is both intellectually enriching and emphasizes the spirit of exchange, connection, and learning.

"Lac Khanh Do" Achieves Remarkable Success for Two Consecutive Seasons

Held on March 1, the Preliminary Round of the competition took place online, featuring over 80 teams from various universities. Contestants faced a challenging test with questions ranging from easy to difficult, requiring comprehensive knowledge about China. After an intense round of competition, the top 20 teams with outstanding results have officially been revealed, ready to advance to the final stage.

The Preliminary Round was successfully held on March 1, featuring competition among more than 80 teams.

The teams that earned a spot in the Finals come from the following universities: UEF, Ton Duc Thang University, University of Social Sciences and Humanities – VNU-HCM, Van Hien University, Eastern University of Technology, University of Foreign Languages and Informatics, Hung Vuong University, Nguyen Tat Thanh University, Thu Dau Mot University, Ho Chi Minh City Open University, Ho Chi Minh City University of Education, and Lac Hong University.

With fierce competition already in the Preliminary Round, the Finals promise to be an explosive “battle,” where teams will not only showcase their knowledge and understanding of China but also demonstrate quick thinking and effective teamwork. Notably, the final rounds will incorporate valuable lessons on Chinese culture and people, providing all participants with an engaging academic experience.
