By following the Dtalent seminar, UEFers gain more effective personal financial planning tips

In order to help students better understand how to make personal financial planning and find job opportunities in the field of finance and investment, in the afternoon of 18/6/2021, the UEF’s Faculty of Finance and Commerce has organized an online seminar "Dtalent - Career orientation in the field of investment finance".
The seminar was attended by Mr. Nguyen Tuan Anh - Director of the Asset Management division of VNDIRECT, Dr. Nhan Cam Tri – Deputy Principal of the University, MA. Nguyen Tien Hung - Dean of Faculty of Finance - Commerce, along with faculty members and nearly 200 students.

Some diagrams of income patterns shared by experts
The content of the seminar revolved around personal financial planning, information on the human resource market and future recruitment needs/job opportunities of the financial investment profession, introducing the Dtalent program and student engagement opportunities.
As a speaker of the program, Mr. Nguyen Tuan Anh has shared 2 topics including: income models and accumulation of large assets. According to experts, the income model will have income forms such as: rapid increase and decrease, increase and then go sideways, go sideways forever and gradually increase. When making a personal financial plan, you must determine the type of income you want to aim for in the future in order to choose a suitable working position.
Besides, Mr. Tuan Anh has added that the conditions that will make the company want to recruit you include: Work experience (your experience on that job, customer experience, product, programming...); Intelligence (capable of assessment, ensuring a solid knowledge base before challenges); Emotions (mastering your own emotions regardless of who the opposite person is, thinking positively). Accordingly, the advantages for us to compete in the market are intelligence, personal brand, and network.

To accumulate and create great wealth, we must manage so that revenue is higher than expenditure.
