Program Coordinator Intern

Network Development Associate (Vietnam)

Role & Responsibilities
You will support the Client Solutions business function and work with the Client Solutions Associates to:
• Understand and analyse each client’s request for subject-matter experts
• Conduct expert outreach activities such as LinkedIn messaging, offline networking and cold-calling to recruit and match industry experts based on our clients’ requests
• Conceptualise, develop, test and validate initiatives to scale the company’s business

Business Development Manager

Role & Responsibilities
• Build a long-term relationship and form a high-level strategic partnership with qualified partners
• Formulate and execute sales strategies and plans to grow business in the country through various means
• Work cross-functionally with different teams to ensure successful delivery and launch of relevant products
• Monitor, update competitor and industry analysis to adjust business development plans.
• Apply knowledge of company’s value proposition, customer and industry insight to increase company’s revenue and market share
• Reach out to customer leads through various sales strategies - cold calling, events, referrals, networking and so on
• Work on and suggest the right pricing for various customers segments
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends for our products target segments
• Work on marketing activities to help grow the business as well visibility for the Organization

Are you the right fit?

• Bachelor degree or above, proficient in English and Vietnamese communication; proficient in business negotiation and presentation
• At least 5 years working in related role, with 2-3 years’ experience as Supervisor/Lead
• Dealmaker and strategic thinker with an ability to execute in an evolving, ambiguous and fast-paced environment
• Outstanding problem solver: creative, solution-oriented, adaptable
• Experience in selling B2B SaaS software products, eCommerce and Logistics is a big plus
• Related experience in Information Technology / Software Outsourcing firms (bonus)

Business Development Executive

Role & Responsibilities
• Willing to familiarize yourself with the company's vision and mission, seeking to accomplish set goals and objectives.
• Conducting market research and identifying potential clients.
• Generate leads, scrap various databases and platforms to find the decision makers of ideal company/client and their contact information (Phone/Email/Zalo...)
• Cold calling and qualification of leads.
• Cultivating strong relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.
• Collating and maintaining client information in the CRM database.
• Assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
• Other tasks as required by the Business Development Manager or Project Manager.

Are you the right fit?
• Bachelor's degree in business management or related field.
• 1 - 2 years' relevant work experience in business development or similar field.
• Have in-depth local market knowledge.
• Have experience of generating leads.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
• Experience with CRM software such as HubSpot or relevant is a plus.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.

Program Coordinator Intern

Learning Opportunities
• Attend meetings to build connections and understand the needs of the customers
• Monitor and track the progress and outcome of the project
• Assist the Project Manager in brainstorming and making plans for new company projects
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to stay updated on the project's progress.Circulate project information to concerned departments for their actions in due course
• Prepare ad-hoc and periodical reports
• Collect, prepare and submit documents to apply for visas for the clients
• Coordinate with the clients to arrange suitable accommodations
• Support the interns when needed
• Other tasks if required

Qualifications and Education Requirements
• Currently studying in, OR graduated with good tertiary education in Business, Management, Finance, Arts & Humanities, or related fields
• A self-starter and continuous learner, with a positive attitude and the ability to adapt
• An effective communicator with the ability to articulate clearly & logically
• A team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Good with deck and presentation
• Commitment, dedication, ownership, and accountability

Marketing Designer

Role & Responsibilities
• Creating images for Marketing and Advertising campaigns on platforms: Website, Landing Page, Facebook Post, Banner Ads, ....
• Creating visual materials for the Company such as Profile, Brochure, ...
• Design media publications for events such as Key visual, Backdrop, Standee, ...
• Reviewing and suggesting improvements, when necessary, ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing, expressive and on-brand.

Are you the right fit?
• Creative design skills and able to present ideas.
• Good work attitude and responsibility.
• Proven graphic designing experience with portfolio.
• Can use Photoshop and Illustrator
• Having experience with designing b2b visual materials is a plus
• Written and spoken English is a must
